Trauma & PTSD Therapy
A collaborative place to understand how painful experiences are affecting the present and approach deeper healing at a thoughtful pace.
01
When the past is still present
Trauma can continue to shape emotions, relationships, self-trust, and the way a person responds to stress. You may understand intellectually that an experience is over while still feeling its effects in the present. Therapy can offer a structured place to notice those patterns without reducing you to what happened.
Jessica's work blends neuroscience, attachment theory, and evidence-based models. The approach is collaborative: you remain the expert on your own experience, while Jessica brings clinical knowledge, humor, and compassion to the work.
02
Deeper than a quick fix

Anchored Healing Therapy works with people who feel stuck in painful patterns from the past and want deeper healing rather than a quick fix. Sessions may draw from EFT, IFS, CBT, ACT, mindfulness-based work, or other listed approaches according to the person and concern.
No method or timeline can guarantee a particular outcome. The work begins with understanding what is keeping you stuck and identifying a direction that respects your values and capacity.
