    FAMILY RUN BUSINESS

I’m a mom first and foremost. These little humans require a lot of attention and connection, and I try to be fully present with them when we're together.

If I’m slow to respond to a text or phone call, it’s usually because I’m parenting. I believe in modeling healthy boundaries and intentional presence.

When we’re working together, you’ll have my full attention, just like my kids do when I’m with them.

    DANCE THERAPY AND ADMIN ASSISTANT

With a degree in Professional Dance from Brigham Young University, I have dedicated over 30 years to inspiring others through movement, performance, and wellness.

As a former dancer with the internationally acclaimed BYU Ballroom Dance Team and Cougarettes, I had the unique opportunity to travel the world, sharing the joy of dance on global stages.

As I’ve taught group fitness classes and private dance lessons it’s given me the opportunity to help individuals build confidence, strength, and joy through physical activity.

I founded a Mental Health Support Group to help families navigate the challenges of mental illness. The intersection of dance and mental health is where my passion truly comes to life. Alongside my work, I love spending time with my family and serving in the community.
