Cancellation Policy
The Life Happens Pass
Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are subject to a late cancellation fee. Because life happens, every client receives one Life Happens Pass per calendar year, allowing one late cancellation or missed appointment without a fee. Life Happens Passes do not roll over from year to year. After the pass has been used, a late cancellation fee applies to additional late cancellations or missed appointments that year.
